Marcus Holdsworth was the photographer for the wedding of our daughter, Rachel, to Jamie in September 2008. the wedding took place in The Orangery in Holland Park, London. His style was relaxed and friendly but thoroughly professional, he put everyone at ease when organising the various groups during and after the ceremony. He took some formal groups but managed to capture the atmosphere of our special occasion and the location through some superb informal photographs, before, during and after the wedding. They tell the story of Rachel and Jamie's wedding day and conjure wonderful memories When we saw the photographs on his web site we were amazed at the quality and variety. Many of our friends have viewed the site and have been just as impressed at the stunning collection. The mix of colour and black and white provides great contrast. We have visited his studio to order some framed photographs, he was extremely helpful and we are delighted with the results.

We want to thank you for being there to take our wedding photos, everyone said how much fun they had and you managed to turn a potential boring part of the wedding into a right laugh!!!

Victoria and Dan Thrumton hall
Victoria and Dan were a fantastic couple to photograph and even braved the rain to capture some awesome images, lucky i always keep a white umbrella in my boot.
This image was taken on the distinguished staircase at Thrumpton Hall, Victoria looks stunning in the natural daylight.

Marcus you are an absolute star...Looking back at our photos you have captured every moment perfectly. And that's because you put all our guests at complete ease and made everyone laugh like mad! We're absolutely over the moon with our photos of our beautiful Autumnal day in Amsterdam...and so is everyone that was there. People are still commenting on how amazing your pics are, thank you!

Rachel and Jamie
Marcus was superb. He documented our wedding day with consumate skill and delivered a marvellous set of photos - many of which now decorate our house while one was made into a 'thank you card' for guests. He was calm and authoritative throughout the day, mixing unstaged 'fly-on-the-wall' shots with posed family photos to give us a beautiful range of images to chose from. He paid incredible attention to detail, visiting the venue before the event, spotting photo opportunities and ensuring he fitted in with our timings.
He quickly endeared himself to the guests and even ended up getting a round of applause during the after-dinner speeches! We would highly recommended him to anyone planning their big day.
